ISU Wants to Replace “I” Logo on Red Hill

(POCATELLO, ID) – Idaho State University is considering a plan to give Red Hill a makeover.  The Greek columns atop Red Hill overlooking the ISU campus have been a mainstay in the Gate City for years, but the “I” logo on the side of the hill has become a bit of an eyesore. Dating back to the 1950s when Idaho State was only a branch of the University of Idaho, the logo has seen its share of wear and tear. Officials are hoping to replace the “I” with an “S” overlapping it to make it more up to date. A time frame for the revamp has not been announced.
