Milliner, the No. 9 overall pick in the 2013 NFL Draft, is expected to take the place of Darrelle Revis, who was traded to Tampa Bay this offseason.

Milliner, a former star at the University of Alabama, is expected to report to camp on Monday.

Milliner’s health has been a question mark heading into the draft. He had surgery on March 12 to repair a torn labrum, one of five surgeries the 21-year-old has had. The most recent surgery stopped the 6-foot-1 Milliner from participating in OTAs and minicamp.

If healthy, Milliner should start at cornerback along side Antonio Cromartie.

With the signing of Milliner complete, the Jets have locked up all their 2013 draft picks.
