It was Logano's second Nationwide win of the season and the twentieth of his career. He last win came back in June at Dover.

At one point, Hornish looked like he was on his way to Victory Lane until Logano stormed past him as the race neared it's end.

"By the time that is his car started falling off, it was too late for me to do enough," Hornish Jr. said after the race. "Ran him down, only finished a couple car lengths behind him, but really good day for the Penske organization."

Even though Hornish Jr. could only manage a second-place finish, he still holds the number-one spot in the standings. He holds a seven-point lead over Regan Smith, who finished 13th at Chicagoland.
