(MCCAMMON, ID) – A brush fire along I-15 near McCammon kept area firefighters busy Monday night. The fire started about a mile north of the Highway 30 interchange on the east side of the Interstate. Investigators are still unsure what started the fire, though they believe it was likely human-caused. Travelers were urged to avoid the area until the flames could be contained. As of Monday evening officials from agencies in McCammon and Inkom said the fire was mostly extinguished.
