Jim McIsaac/Getty Images(NEW YORK) — The New York Giants and wide receiver Victor Cruz agreed to a six-year contract extension on Monday, which will keep the Pro Bowler in the Big Apple through the 2018 season.

The contract is worth $46 million and will guarantee Cruz $15.625 million for the first two seasons, according to ESPN. He will also receive a signing bonus of $9.5 million and an additional roster bonus of $1.5 million that will be paid out the first day of the 2014 league year.

The Giants signed Cruz out of Massachusetts in 2010 after he went undrafted. In 32 games with New York, Cruz has 168 receptions for 2,628 yards and 19 touchdowns.
