( FORT HALL , ID ) – Police have released the name of a man who led area law enforcement on a high speed chase through two counties on Sunday. Officials say 24-year-old Kiefin Jay of Fort Hall was wanted on a felony warrant when he committed a traffic violation Sunday night. That started a 90-minute pursuit through the reservation that ended when police uses spike strips to disable his car. Fort Hall authorities also used a taser to subdue Jay. He remains in the custody of the Bannock County Jail on a $50,000 bond
