“Parks and Recreation” Star Preps for Superhero Role

Amanda Edwards/WireImage(LOS ANGELES) — Parks and Recreation co-star Chris Pratt is getting back into fighting shape.
While he got buff to play a Navy SEAL in Zero Dark Thirty — then gained 60 pounds for a subsequent role — Pratt’s now back in the gym, in preparation to play the superhero Star-Lord in the upcoming Guardians of the Galaxy.
He posted a photo to Instagram, showing off six pack abs, with the caption, “Six months no beer.”
