(ST. ANTHONY, ID) – Agricultural scientists at the University of Idaho say area small farms are presenting big business opportunities. Boutique farms that grow produce like strawberries, tomatoes, and blueberries are popping up around the state, and are particularly popular in local Farmer’s Markets. Officials say the number of Farmer’s Markets across the country has quadrupled over the past two decades, paving the way for small business owners to sell more products at a profit.
