Terror Leader Calls for Attacks to Prevent 2014 Winter Olympics

BORIS HORVAT/AFP/Getty Images(MOSCOW) -- Russia's most wanted terrorist is calling for attacks on the 2014 Winter Olympics in Sochi.

In a video posted online, Doku Umarov, the head of the terror group Caucasus Emirate, declared an end to an 18-month moratorium on attacks in Russia.

The games will take place across the mountains from the restive regions of Chechnya and Dagestan.

An attack on the games has been one of Moscow's biggest fears.  Thus, security for the games is expected to be extremely heavy.
