“Tonight Show,” “Late Night” Top Respective Timeslots
Published at(LOS ANGELES) — During the second quarter, from April through June, The Tonight Show with Jay Leno and Late Night with Jimmy Fallon won their time slots, racking up their best ratings and total viewers in at least five quarters, according to The Wrap.
Leno remained the top-rated series with a .9 rating in the 18-49 demo, and was the most-watched overall with 3.6 million total viewers.
Fallon finished with a .6 in the demo, with 1.8 million viewers.
Fallon is replacing Leno as host of The Tonight Show in February.
