(POCATELLO, ID) – Emergency crews responded to three wildfires burning in Bannock County Sunday. Sheriff Lorin Nielsen says two small fires near Wakely Peak and Cherry Springs were caused by lightning, but a third fire near Scout Mountain may have been human caused. Air tankers were called in to keep the flames from spreading to residential areas in Mink Creek, close to where the Charlotte Fire destroyed 70 homes last year. As of Sunday evening, no structures were destroyed
