Woman Hit by Drunk Driver

(IDAHO FALLS, ID) – An Idaho Falls woman was hospitalized Thursday night after being hit by a drunk driver. 42-year-old Rebecca Read was walking near the Greenbelt when she was struck by a 1995 Ford Ranger shortly before midnight. She was taken to EIRMC for treatment. A 16-year-old male was arrested for aggravated DUI, driving without a license, and underage consumption of alcohol.
