(NEW YORK) — After a Facebook page went viral, spread by fans all over the world — and a promised $5,000 reward — Avengers star Jeremy Renner’s missing French Bulldog Hemi has been found. The puppy had gone missing on July 19.
A follow-up post Thursday evening read, “We don’t (and will never) know what actually happened, but he was with a family in Visalia, CA (200 miles away). Hemi’s family has JUST picked him up! HEMI IS BACK WHERE HE BELONGS!”
It’s good news for the 42-year-old star of The Bourne Legacy, who lost his French bulldog Franklin to a heart attack last year.
Renner will next be seen opposite Amy Adams, Bradley Cooper and Christian Bale in American Hustle, hitting theaters in December.
