Kate Gosselin Sues Ex-Husband, Claims He Hacked Her Computer

Photo by Isaac Brekken/Getty Images for Rock “n” Roll Marathon(NEW YORK) — Loos like Kate and Jon Gosselin are back at odds as Kate is suing her former husband and Jon & Kate Plus 8 co-star, claiming he hacked her computer in order to dig up information for a tell-all book.
According to TMZ, Kate is alleging that Jon accessed private bank and phone records, hacked her email accounts, and stole her hard drive. Her lawsuit claims that Jon shared the personal information he discovered with his business partner, tabloid writer Rob Hoffman, who authored the book Kate Gosselin: How She Fooled the World.
According to the complaint, the book was pulled from the market due to her allegations.
The lawsuit claims invasion of privacy and identity theft, and seeks unspecified damages.
The Gosselins split in 2009, making the announcement on their TLC show. Their divorce was finalized several months later.
