Katie Holmes and Jamie Foxx Dance Together But Are Not Dating

Shahar Azran/WireImage(NEW YORK) — Katie Holmes danced on stage with Django Unchained star Jamie Foxx at last weekend’s Apollo in the Hamptons benefit, but Us Weekly reports the two aren’t dating.
Witnesses at the August 24 event tell the magazine, “They danced, and after a hug he grabbed her butt and tried to seal the deal,” but Katie, 34, rejected him adding, “She was flattered, but not interested.”
A Holmes pal tells Us Weekly the two “weren’t flirting and have been friends for a long time.” Foxx, 45, co-starred with Holmes’ ex, Tom Cruise, in the 2004 film Collateral. Holmes and Cruise ended their six-year marriage in 2012.
Another witness says Holmes seemed “unsure at first, and then she got up on the stage and just started letting loose with everyone else. She seemed really happy with the whole night and who was around her.”
Other celebrities in attendance included Ellen DeGeneres, rapper Pharrell Williams and former Secretary of State Colin Powell.
