Mother Faces Misdemeanor for Child’s Death


( AMMON , ID ) – The mother of a toddler who died after being left in a hot car is facing a misdemeanor charge of injury to a child. On June 18, Rebecca Randall allegedly left her 21-month-old daughter Elizabeth unattended in a parking lot in Ammon. Paramedics attempted to revive the baby with CPR, but she later died at EIRMC. Randall will be arraigned August 22.
