(GREEN BAY, Wis.) — Green Bay Packers running back DuJuan Harris will miss the entire upcoming season after injuring his knee during last Friday’s preseason game against the Seattle Seahawks. He originally injured his patellar tendon during offseason workouts.
Packers head coach Mike McCarthy says Harris will be placed on the injured reserve list.
The 24-year-old Harris was signed as an undrafted free agent out of Troy by the Jacksonville Jaguars in 2011. He joined the Packers practice squad last October and was elevated to the active roster in December.
In four games with Green Bay last season, Harris rushed for 157 yards and two touchdowns on 34 carries. He also caught two passes for 17 yards.
