Purse Snatcher on Loose in Rexburg

(REXBURG, ID) – Rexburg Police are on the lookout for a woman engaging in credit card fraud.  Investigators say the woman stole a purse earlier this month and used the credit cards in a shopping spree during the early morning hours of August 2. The suspect, who authorities believe is from the area, made purchases in Madison and Jefferson counties. She’s described as being white in her late 30s to early 40s with a medium build and dyed blond hair. Those with information about the theft can contact detectives at 359-3000.
