Rigby Woman Killed in Boating Accident

(RIGBY, ID) – A Rigby woman is dead after a boating accident along the South Fork of the Snake River. The Bonneville County Sheriff’s Office says a 33-year-old woman, whose name has not been released, died in the crash near the Conant boat dock just before 7 p.m. on Saturday. 34-year-old Chris Fife and 40-year-old Richard Olaveson, both of Idaho Falls, were taken by ambulance to EIRMC with undisclosed injuries. Investigators say alcohol likely played a factor in the crash
