Brady completed 11 of 12 passes for 107 yards, and threw one touchdown in New England’s 25-21 win.

Brady started the game two days after he hurt his knee during practice and led the team 80 yards down the field which ended with a 26-yard touchdown pass to Danny Amendola.

“We wanted to start fast. That was our goal,” Amendola said. “I felt like we made some plays early and it was good that we got on the board early, too.”

Tim Tebow followed Brady and completed just one of seven passes for minus-1 yard.

“Some things we did well. Some areas have got to get better and got to improve,” said Tebow, who also threw an interception.
