Amber Alert Issued in Idaho Falls for Young Girl

(IDAHO FALLS, ID) — Police in Idaho Falls have issued an Amber Alert for a little girl who has possibly been kidnapped. The legal guardians of Aaliyah Esqueda, age 5, allowed her grandparents to have a visitation with her on Tuesday. Friday the guardians learned that the grandparents were taking Aaliyah to her father in Mexico. Police have reason to believe Aaliyah and her grandparents left on a bus from Idaho Falls around 11:00pm Thursday. Aaliyah is a Hispanic female, 3’ 5”, weighing around 50 lbs, with brown hair and brown eyes.
Second degree kidnapping warrants have been issued for her grandparents. Salvadore Esqueda, 74, is a Hispanic male, with gray hair and brown eyes; He is 5’5″ and 160 lbs. Irene Ma Esqueda, 71, is a Hispanic female, with brown hair and brown eyes; She is 5’4″ and 178 lbs.
