The Broncos started the scoring on the first drive of the game, marching 55 yards on eight plays ending with Manning throwing a two-yard touchdown to Eric Decker.

Wes Welker and Julius Thomas also had touchdown catches in the win, but it was Decker who had the biggest day.

The 26-year-old had eight catches for 133 yards and that touchdown.

“Yea, everybody talked about whether there’d be in-fighting and all that kind of stuff, who gets the ball and whatnot – we don’t have those types of guys,” Broncos head coach John Fox said of the team’s surplus of talented receivers. “All they care about is winning and how they can contribute. Each week I think it’s going to vary. A lot of it is what the defense gives you or what they decide to take away. Obviously I was happy to see Eric get in that mix in a big way.”

Broncos kicker Matt Prater was 3 for 3 on field goal attempts with his longest being 53 yards.

Terrelle Pryor completed 19 of 28 passes for 281 yards and a touchdown but suffered a concussion on the second to last series of the game. Pryor received a helmet-to-helmet hit from Broncos’ linebacker Wesley Woodyard with under seven minutes left in the game. Pryor stayed in the game for the next two plays to finish off the series, but proceeded to head into the locker room after that as Matt Flynn took over the quarterback duties for the rest of the game.

“We’ll see. You know we will go in tomorrow and have an evaluation,” Raiders head coach Dennis Allen said when asked how long Pryor could be out for. “We’ll get a better feel for where we’re at and then go from there.”

With the loss, the Raiders fall to 1-2 for the season.
