Chris Hemsworth Says Wife Enjoyed Naked Scenes in “Rush”

Ben Gabbe/Contributor/FilmMagic(LOS ANGELES) — Chris Hemsworth may be best known for his hunky role as Thor on the big screen, but in the new film Rush, he’s showing his fans a new side — specifically his backside.
In the movie, Hemsworth, 30, shows off his naked butt twice, which he told People magazine was the hardest part of shooting.
“To take your clothes off in front of 100 people and cameras was something I wasn’t comfortable with,” he told the magazine. ”To be honest, it was embarrassing.”
Most women might get a little uncomfortable about their husbands showing off their goods for the world to see, but Hemsworth said his wife, Elsa Pataky, didn’t mind.
“It was more uncomfortable for me to see than her,” he said. “I think she enjoyed it.”
While promoting Rush, Hemsworth was asked by E! News how his brother Liam was doing in the wake of his recent split from fiance Miley Cyrus. Chris said Liam was “doing good.”
Rush, directed by Ron Howard and also starring Olivia Wilde, tells the story of the rivalry between race car drivers James Hunt and Niki Lauda in the 1970s. The movie opens nationwide September 27.
