Peyton Manning threw for 307 yards and two touchdowns leading the Denver Broncos to a 41-23 win over brother Eli’s New York Giants Sunday.

Peyton is now 3-0 in head-to-head contests against his brother.

“I think both of us are glad that it’s over with,” Peyton said of playing against his brother. “Postseason is one thing, but I don’t think I’ll make it to the next regular season. I think this’ll be the end of it. So I’ll be happy about that… And the family will.”

The game was close at halftime with the Broncos leading 10-9, but the Broncos scored on their first three drives of the second half, and led 31-16 early in the fourth quarter.

Denver running back Knowshon Moreno rushed for 93 yards and two touchdowns as the Broncos improve to 2-0.

Eli completed 28-of-49 passes for 362 yards and a touchdown, but he also threw four interceptions as the Giants (0-2) remain winless.
