Published at | Updated at(LAKE MARY, Fla.) — Florida police pulled over George Zimmerman on Tuesday, making it the second time since July that he’s been stopped by law enforcement.
Zimmerman was pulled over in Lake Mary, Fla. for speeding, as he was driving 60 miles per hour in a 45-mph zone. He received a $256 ticket.
The traffic stop was captured on video by Officer Jason McDaniel, who was wearing a camera at the time.
On July 28, Zimmerman was pulled over in Texas, also for speeding. Earlier in the month, police said he came to the aid of a family trapped inside an overturned SUV in Sanford, Fla.
The incidents came shortly after the former neighborhood watch volunteer was acquitted of murder in the death of 17-year-old Trayvon Martin.
