Man Charged With Grand Theft

(IDAHO FALLS, ID) – An Idaho Falls man is in custody on charges of grand theft after stealing a purse from a shopping cart at Winco on North Woodruff. Thirty-three-year-old Antonio Callan was already in the Bonneville County Jail on unrelated charges when authorities linked him to the purse theft from two weeks ago. Callan reportedly tried to use the victim’s credit and debit cards at various locations around Idaho Falls, all of which was recorded on video surveillance.
