Small Quake Strikes Yellowstone

(YELLOWSTONE, NP) – A small earthquake jolted portions of Yellowstone National Park Sunday morning. Officials with the U.S. Geological Survey say the magnitude 3.6 temblor’s epicenter was located only six miles north of Old Faithful. Earthquakes are commonplace in Yellowstone, which is home to one of the world’s most active geothermal hotspots. No damage or injuries were reported.
