Friends and co-workers of Gandolfini, Monteith, Jonathan Winters, All in the Family actress Jean Stapleton, and TV writer/producer Gary David Goldberg will share their memories of these individuals at the Los Angeles ceremony.

Edie Falco will pay tribute to her Sopranos co-star Gandolfini, who died of a heart attack in Italy in June.

Glee actress Jane Lynch will remember Monteith, who played Finn on the Fox show. Monteith died of an overdose of heroin and alcohol in Vancouver in July.

In addition, Rob Reiner will salute Stapleton, who played his character’s mother-in-law on All in the Family; Robin Williams will say a few words about Winters, who recurred on Mork and Mindy as the father of Williams’ Mork; and Michael J. Fox will remember Goldberg, the creator of Fox’s 1980s sitcom Family Ties.

Emmys executive producer Ken Ehrlich says in a statement, “These five individuals brought us such great entertainment and joy, so having their close friends share personal remembrances is something that will be very meaningful for television audiences across the country and across the generations.”

These tributes are in addition to the traditional “In Memoriam” segment featured annually on the Emmys telecast.

The 65th Primetime Emmy Awards will air live on CBS this Sunday, beginning 8 p.m. Eastern time and 5 p.m. Pacific time.
