(REXBURG, ID) – It may just be fun and games for college students, but for Rexburg residents, vandalism is becoming a problem in city parks. Officials say people are filling socks with flour and playing tag with them, which leaves a mess on the grass and eventually kills it. Vandals are also spray painting trees and playground equipment. At this point no charges have been filed, but authorities warn that if it doesn’t stop, those caught may face criminal charges
