(NEW YORK) — The Cincinnati Bengals (4-2) will travel to Detroit to take on the Lions (4-2) on Sunday.
Bengals quarterback Andy Dalton enjoys going up against the best and knows that Lions defensive end Ndamukong Suh will be gunning for him all game long.
“(Suh’s) a good player, he’s an aggressive guy, he’s a disruptive guy,” said Dalton, who has passed for 1552 yards and eight touchdowns so far this season. “You got to find ways to slow him down. We know where he’s going to be, it’s a big challenge for us.”
The Lions are 2-0 this season and Bengals head coach Marvin Lewis has prepared his team all week for a great defense.
“Very well stocked, good hard playing guys up front, they make their defense go,” Lewis said. “We have our work cut out for us in all three phases.”
Suh was asked how he’ll find a way to get to Dalton.
“He does get rid of the ball and he’s a guy that manages their game really well,” Suh said of Dalton. “I think it’s going to be a challenge for us as it has in the previous games this year.”
