(NEW YORK) — The Miami Dolphins will have their first divisional game on Sunday against the Buffalo Bills.
Buffalo comes in at 2-4 and will send quarterback Thad Lewis out to face Miami. Lewis was impressive in his first start of the season against the Bengals last week. Still, he learned a lot from the team’s loss against Cincinnati.
“It’s a lot of things to learn from, a lot of things to build on,” Lewis said. “You’re going to try to not make the same mistakes you made last Sunday.”
Miami is 3-2 and 1-1 at home this season.
Dolphins quarterback Ryan Tannehill understands the importance of this game.
“They’re huge, obviously division games are the ones that you look forward to, the ones you want to win most,” Tannehill said. “You play each team twice and in order to win your division, the best way to do it is win your division.”
