(POCATELLO, ID) – A man accused of video voyeurism in a Pocatello Costco restroom has been re-arrested on child pornography charges.  Authorities say 35-year-old James Blatter was working as a Costco employee when he allegedly used a camera disguised as a pen to record a young boy using the bathroom last month. Blatter, who had been released on bail since Oct. 2, was taken into custody again on Tuesday night. Police say they found sexually exploitative material of children during the ensuing investigation into Blatter’s voyeurism case. Detectives believe Blatter engaged in illegal voyeuristic activities on more than one occasion.
