(ARCO, ID) – The family of a missing hiker from Boise is asking for experienced hikers to help search for her in Craters of the Moon National Monument.  On Monday, authorities scaled back the search for 63-year-old Jo Elliott-Blakeslee, which has now been deemed a “recovery effort.” Those qualified should be able to handle the rugged terrain of Craters of the Moon, hiking up to 12 miles per day and climbing up to a thousand feet at a time. The woman was last seen September 19. Her hiking partner, Amy Linkert, was found dead last Wednesday. Officials believe Linkert likely died of exposure
