Father, Son Go to Prison for Tax Fraud

(POCATELLO, ID) – A father and son that owned insurance brokerage agencies in Idaho Falls and Rexburg are headed to prison. 67-year-old Adrian Rand Robison of Rigby and 38-year-old Adrian Russell Robison of Idaho Falls were both sentenced to four months in prison for filing false tax returns under the auspices of The Legacy Network. The agency reportedly mishandled insurance premiums, resulting in an IRS raid in October of 2010. Both men face a combined total of nearly $1.7 million in fines and restitution and 18 months probation.
