Despite his guilty plea, beleagered Democrat Bob Filner will continue to collect his public pensions totaling over $80,000 a year, according to an investigation by ABC News' television affiliate, KGTV in San Diego.

For more than 30 years, Filner worked in public positions as a San Diego city councilman, a professor at San Diego State University, a congressman and a mayor. His federal pension alone totals close to $60,000, all paid for by taxpayers.
