ISU Student Killed in Wreck

(SHELLEY, ID) – One person was killed in a crash along I-15 south of Shelley Thursday morning.Idaho State Police say 19-year-old Colleen Jackson, was passing another vehicle at about 6:30 a.m. when she made an abrupt lane change, lost control, and rolled her pickup. Jackson, a California native attending Idaho State University, was pronounced dead at the scene. Her passengers, 23-year-old Weston Clements and 24-year-old Ross Barfuss, both of Bancroft, were taken to EIRMC for treatment. Both men are expected to recover.
