ISU Study: Poor Sleep Linked to Alcoholism
Published at | Updated atPOCATELLO, ID) – Researchers at Idaho State University are looking at possible links between poor sleep and alcoholism. Dr. Maria Wong says she and her colleagues are looking for up to 200 southeast Idaho kids to take part in a study that will map their sleep habits. The subjects, ages 8 to 12, will then be periodically monitored over the next five years to look for signs of substance abuse.
