Marlins Ballpark to Host College Football Bowl Game

ThinkStock(MIAMI) — Marlins Ballpark, the home of the Miami Marlins, will host a team from the American Athletic Conference in a new annual college football bowl game called the Miami Beach Bowl, beginning in December 2014.
The deal runs through the 2019 season and will involve an opponent from either the Mid-American Conference, the Sun Belt Conference or Conference USA.
Marlins Ballpark has 36,000 seats for baseball and is set to have 34,000 seats for football.
