Stafford’s one-yard dive into the end zone with 12 seconds remaining tied the game up at 30 before the extra point.

“I was yelling that I was going to spike the ball,” Stafford recalled. “But their linebackers were just standing there.”

Calvin Johnson recorded 329 receiving yards with a touchdown and caught a 22-yard pass from Stafford that set up the dive into the end zone.

Johnson’s 329 yards put him second on the NFL’s all-time receiving yard list.  Flipper Anderson holds the all-time lead with 336 yards.

“Even our fans didn’t think we could pull this one out,” Johnson said of the comeback. “They were leaving, but we knew we could do it.”

Cowboys quarterback Tony Romo threw three touchdowns for 206 yards in the loss.
