Monthly Training Suspended for Guard Members

(BOISE, ID) – The Idaho National Guard and Idaho Air National Guard are postponing this weekend’s training exercise. Maj. Gen. Gary Sayler says exercise will be moved to the weekend of October 19-20, assuming that the government shutdown will be resolved by that time. Sayler says that many guard employees are having their paychecks furloughed until the crisis is averted.
