Back in Week 2, Lacy suffered the concussion and was forced to miss time as a result. He was a full participant during the team’s practice on Monday, and is ready to go on Sunday against the Detroit Lions.

“I thought Eddie practiced well today,” Packers head coach Mike McCarthy said. “So it was good to have him back out there. He’s full go, and I think the week off definitely helped him.”

Over the past few seasons, the Packers have struggled to run the football. The team decided they needed to commit to the running game in 2013 so they drafted Lacy in the 2nd round of the 2013 draft.

In limited action, Lacy has 51 rushing yards with 31 receiving yards along with a touchdown.

As of now, it is unknown whether or not Lacy will jump right back in the lead role in the Packers’ backfield.

James Starks had been handling the duties in his absence and had been filling in admirably.
