Restaurant Employee Stops Robbery

(IDAHO FALLS, ID) – Idaho Falls Police responded to an attempted robbery at Los Albertos on West Broadway Saturday night. Investigators say a white female brandishing a knife walked into the restaurant at around 11 p.m. An employee picked up a metal bar in defense and chased the robber away without giving up any cash. The suspect was wearing a blue hoodie, gray sweatpants, and a white bandana. Those with information can call Crimestoppers at 522-1983.
