USA Soars to Bronze Medal Match with Russia

(RIGBY, ID) – Rigby Middle School has started a fencing program. It’s all part of a national initiative being pushed by former Olympians in order to get young teens active and in shape. Administrators say  fencing will be offered as a capstone P.E. class for eighth graders, and that after-school courses may be available in the near future. Vice Principal Dave Meyer says that the sport doesn’t require a lot of strength, just the ability to think quickly and strategically.
