Sprite Named Best Hangover Cure

Sprite(NEW YORK) — There is new scientific evidence in that age-old search for the best hangover cure.
Researchers in China compared 57 drinks — including a Bloody Mary, herbal tea, black coffee and Sprite — and found that the latter worked the best. Sprite was the winner because it quickly breaks down the enzyme that makes hangovers feel so bad.
Herbal tea, meanwhile, was found to make symptoms like headaches and nausea worse, and “hair of the dog” didn’t work too well either.
