13 Pounds of Marijuana Found in Traffic Stop

(AMERICAN FALLS, ID) – Idaho State Police found more than 13 pounds of marijuana during a traffic stop along I-86 near American Falls Friday. Investigators say 50-year-old Shirley Scherr, and 50-year-old Michael Curt, both of Bismark, North Dakota, were also found in possession of more than $7,200 in cash. Both were later booked into the Power County Jail on felony charges of marijuana possession and trafficking a controlled substance.
