(PHILADELPHIA) — 76ers point guard Michael Carter-Williams scored 26 points and had 10 assists as Philadelphia (3-0) defeated the Chicago Bulls (1-2) Saturday night, 107-104.
With the Bulls leading 104-102 with 1:59 to play in the fourth quarter, guard Evan Turner tied the game. He would give the Sixers a one point lead on their next possession when he drew a shooting foul on Bulls forward Carlos Boozer. Center Spencer Hawes sealed the victory for Philadelphia with a 16-foot jumper with five seconds remaining.
Turner finished the game with 20 points while Hawes contributed 18 points and 11 rebounds. Boozer led the way for the Bulls with 22 points and 10 rebounds.
