Apple Wins Round in Bid to Ban Sales of Samsung Devices

Samsung/Apple(LOS ANGELES) — Apple may be closer to banning the sale of some Samsung smartphones and tablets in the U.S.
Apple claims Samsung copied technology in the iPhone, infringing upon Apple’s patents. It wants Samsung devices banned from sale in the U.S. Samsung, on the other hand, has argued monetary compensation paid to Apple should be enough.
But now, in a win for Apple, a federal appeals court in Washington, D.C., has ruled a California judge made errors when she denied Apple’s request to ban Samsung smartphones and tablets. The judge is being told she must reconsider her ruling.
