Tampa Bay (3-8) forced five turnovers and won their third straight game in the process.

“As disappointing as this was, it doesn’t eliminate us from anything,” Detroit coach Jim Schwartz said. “It just raises the urgency level for the next five games.”

Buccaneers quarterback Mike Glennon tossed two touchdowns for 247 yards and did not throw an interception.

“One of the more gutsy performances I’ve seen,” Bucs coach Greg Schiano said of his team’s defensive effort.

Detroit (6-5) has now lost two straight games for the first time this season and will play host the Packers on Thanksgiving.

“I can’t make bad decisions, and I had a couple of those and a couple bad breaks,” Stafford said.
