Former Bucks Guard Michael Redd Set To Retire
Published at(MILWAUKEE) — Former Milwaukee Bucks shooting guard Michael Redd is set to announce his retirement from the NBA. The former All-Star will make it official between the first and second quarters of Wednesday’s game against the Cleveland Cavaliers.
Milwaukee originally selected Redd out of Ohio State with the 43rd overall pick in the 2000 NBA draft. In 11 seasons with the Bucks, he averaged 20.0 points, 4.0 rebounds and 2.3 assists per game.
Redd finished up his career with the Phoenix Suns in 2011-12. He is the fourth-leading scorer in Bucks history.
