Former Pocatello Man Gets Prison for Tax Fraud

(POCATELLO, ID) – A former Pocatello man will serve up to four years for tax fraud.39-year-old Moses Mukuka, a Zimbabwean national, falsely claimed to be an accounting student at Idaho State University, and offered to complete the tax returns of students for only $10. Mukuka submitted false information to get higher returns, pocketed some of the money, and refused to show the returns to his clients. Authorities also ordered Mukuka to pay $1.5 million in fines and restitution, and comply with a forced deportation upon his release from prison
